| Why You Workout?: |
There were many things that I was unhappy with in my life and I felt I needed a change. The final breaking point for me to change my life was when my sister needed a kidney transplant and I was rejected to be a donor because of my unhealthy lifestyle. |

I have been working out for only 2 years now. |
| Fitness Accomplishments: |
I registered for the body for life contest put on by EAS. They are now using my before and after picture on the Body For Life brochure to motivate many individuals like myself to make the change to a better lifestyle.
After my first 8 months of training, In April 2008, I registered for the WNSO - FAME West 2008 fitness competition. I placed 2nd in Bikini and 4th in Fitness.
April 2009 WNSO - FAME West 2009 fitness competition.
Placed 1st in Bikini and 5th in Fitness
Achieved my FAME Pro Status.
May 2009 WBFF - BC Championships
Placed 6th in Bikini Diva (a category with over 30 competitors).
Became the online WBFF featured Diva.
July 2009 WBFF - Alberta Championships
Placed 7th in Bikini Diva (a category with 40 competitors) |

I am a fitness competitor, a personal trainer, and a fitness/glamour model. Two years ago, I was an out of shape accountant and now my life has changed 180 degrees.
I want nothing more then to achieve all my fitness goals and to motivate others to do the same by living a healthy lifestyle.
