my name is mike nguyen..i am a fitness model and certified professional trainer. in 2007 was considered to be the worlds strongest teen after winning the teenage world powerlifting championships with a bench press of 341 lbs,425 lbs squat and 500 lbs deadlift at a weight of 148 lbs.recently i won the border states novice lightweight championships and placed 2nd in the open lightweight class.....i am currently in my off season weight of 175 lbs..and plan to add some more size for my next show..eventually do a national level show- thank you!
