Disease caused by supps..Testosterone
Posted On 03/12/2009 14:34:27 by SuperMaine

I am writing this blog because i have been asked why i do not like supps and why i do not like testosterone boosters. With that being said this is MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION and i have NO PROOF that this product caused this. Was it just a coincidence??/ hmmmmmm I DOUBT IT but hey ya never know…

In 2004 i decided to take a supplement called 4AD…ever heard of it??? well i took this supplement for about 5 months, got big, strong and ripped, it had twice the testosterone and twice the ephedra as any other drug on the market. I took it for 5 months and then stopped…..

About 4 weeks after i stopped taking 4AD i noticed something in my chest, it was around my nipple and it started feeling sensetive and hurt to the touch….eventually about 1 month later it was hard as a rock and hurt like hell….

I went to the doctor and they THOUGHt it was Breast cancer, but seeing as how breast cancer in men is highly unlikely in BOTH of the breasts they decided to do more research and asked if i took any supps….and of coarse i said YES…

Turns out i had a disease called GYNACAMASTIA, which is a muscle tissue build up in the nipple. Caused by an increase testosterone levels. I had to have Surgery to remove the tissue from my nipple, drain tubes inserted into the side of my pec and drained the fluids that returned…..

THey pulled out two grape size chunks of muscle tissue build up…….gross huh??

well thats why im not a big fan of supps…..take this as you will, again this is MY OPINION and MY STORY…..and i have the scars to prove it :) :) take care thanks for stopping by

Understandable point of view man...but in all fairness you were taking a prohormone/designer steroid, not testosterone booster. Recommended time on these types of products is usually never over 4-6 weeks...and you stated that you were on for 5 months!! I mean reall AAS cycles of test are never even recommended to go beyond 3 months... This would have severely supressed your body's natural testosterone production, and when stopping a product like this(after 5months!) cold turkey with no planned post cycle regimen, it would have to be almost certainly expected that gynocemastia would develop because of the prolonged suppression and resulting hormonal imbalance. The supp itself didn't cause the growth. The hormonal imbalance that was present after the long cycle and no pct(post cycle therapy) did, your extremely low natural test levels, and resulting higher estrogen levels would result in aromatization and estrogen binding to the receptors in the tissue in your nippes, causing the growths that it did.

Just curious, did you take any PCT?
